The 300kV Cryo-TEM at Pusan National University is advanced equipment for observing biological samples while maintaining their natural state in a low-temperature environment. It is utilized for Single Particle Analysis in protein structure analysis and Cryo-electron Tomography to examine the 3D structures of cells and other entities.
